Deandre Latimore

How come he isn't getting his due? The IBF still has Powell as the #1 contender at 154, the ring dropped Powell from the list but didn't put Latimore up. Even though Powell tested positive for weed, I don't think that Latimore should be punished for that. Even though he doesn't have the most polished style, he does have a style that presses the action and his shots were definately more telling against Sechew.

Anyone have any inside information about this?

....fed ex probably dropped the ball and latimore's envelope full of cash didn't get to them till after the printing deadline.
