Samora Msophi was stopped in the fourth round on Saturday and died of his injuries today :mad:
I think that's the fouth or fith death or really serious injury this year.

As brutal as boxing can be that just proves theres cases are extremly rare.

People get mad when fighters go for the biggest payday when there are better matchups out there, or being jerks at the negotiating table like Robinson/Hopkins/Mayweather.
Although I get disappointed, I can never blame any fighter for being greedy and fighting for every last dollar.
You can die or get seriously injured. With a 401k plan of $0.00.

Sad to hear that. Surprising in that I can't remember another instance where there was a ring death that early in a fight, its almost always a long drawn out beating where a guy is fatally hurt.
It's the risk all fighters take I know, it happens, but it's pretty gut-wrenching to hear at times.
