This one could be a fight for the future.
This Saturday, Ireland's Ciaran Helay defends his Irish 154 belt against Jamie Moore, in what I presume is an introduction of Moore to the Irish audience.
This happens to coinside with Duddy vacating his No.10 spot in The rings Middleweight rankings in favor of the 154 division.
I would not be shocked to see these two coming together in the next year.
SO...Moore gives up the British title to challenge for the European (that doesn't happen) to lead to a world challenge...
.. ends up fighting for the Irish title. Good darts :beat:
Guess Moore-Duddy would make sense. And a good fight to boot.
The only logic I can see behind Moore pursuing the Irish Title is getting in on the Irish Market to angle toward a fight with Duddy or Lee.
Thereis no other reason I see that makes sense.
Alan i was thinking of this fight this morning , yes i think it could be a big money fight for the both of them , and probably would be good to watch , could be a 50-50 fight.
Jamie has looked slightly lethargis lately, but with the memory of the Macklin fight I'm finding it hard not to pick him.
Then we get the Duddy display Saturday suggesting there's been something Joihn has kept from us (although I an tell you firstahnd never has he done that before!)
Could be a good un.
Now that Duddy has given up on fighting Pavlik for the time being maybe he should fight Moore to find his level.
Is the Moore fight going to be streamed?
