Workout Routine.........Without Weights & A Heavybag ETC.
I have weights and a heavy bag at my house but they dont belong to me and im at my grandparents house all summer so i couldnt take them with me and i have no way of getting to my house unless i take an airplane and theres a gym by my grandparents house but you aint permitted in the weight room unless ur 18, and they dont have anything in it that involves boxing, so this obviously means they dont have a heavy bag.
So could someone give me a workout routine that would keep me in shape.
Id appreciate it.

i am only 15 but i'd say eat well, go for runs, sit-ups , prees ups etc.

shadow box and for a heavy bag type thing take one of those duffell bags and fill it with cloths and sand and things like that hand it from the celing and swing away or take you matress and duct tape it to a tree or poal or something. be creative good luck.

Creativity is the key definetly. Anything that takes a lot out of you and puts strain on your muscles is a good idea...  It could be a good idea getting away from the usual weights and heavy bag and working on conditioning your body in other ways (cross training)... I stayed at my grandparents for a while one time and they had an old car that I put in nuetral and pushed around their yard often. You could also tie a strong rope to and and pull it around.. Do a lot of running and things like that which don't require any equipment... Use the opportunity to work on your stamina and come back to your heavy bag being fitter than ever.... Turn your holiday into a real positive & you could get a LOT out of it that you probably couldn't get at home...  Just use creativity.. as someone said, you could buy a duffle bag and also fill it with sand so it is nice and heavy and do exercises with that... If your grandparents live on a farm (like mine) offer to go and chop wood for them each day... Just things like that..
If your commited, you think of a lot of things that will condition your body while your away.
