adding bag work
ok this is my weightlifting routine
moday: bicep, abs
teusday: tricep, chest
wesnday: rest
thursday: traps, abs
friday bicep, shoulders
saturday: chest, back
sunday: rest
i also do situps and pressups everyday, even on the rest days.
what i want to know is where can i add heavy bag work and jump roping.. should i also do running everyday to?

i suggest you add the jumprope on you're rest day. because when roping, it move's the lactic acid through you're blood reducing, aches from weightlifting. also try to do a little bag work, it really helps you practice you're combo's and techniques

Doing legs will improve your WHOLE body nnot just legs. Plus, A LOT of your punching power comes from yuour legs..
hack squats, squats, box squats, pull throughs, leg press, good mornings, straight leg dead lifts
