I'm looking to start boxing and want to be in good shape before I meet with a trainer. I run roughly 2 miles 3 days a week. How much road work do you think I should be doing a week? And how much would I be doing when preparing for a fight?

Personally I try to run 5-6 times a week... and before a fight I try to run 3-5 miles consistantly.
