SPeedball and jump rope training
Hi ! I am currently training with jumprope and speed ball by myself.
I make 6 min of each 3 times per session. ( jump rope 6min (150-170 jumps min), speedball 6 min (alternating 3 bounce and 1 bounce speed) stretching start all over 3times.)
Even I develop a good stamina, I would like to bring my training to an other level to be lighter on my feet and faster.
could you give me some advice to improve my training.thank you!

hey one thing i do to help my foot work is i have a pice of tape on the ground bout 8feet long. heres the work out i do with it
each is 20 secs with 20 secs rest
both feet together and hope over and back moving down and back up the tape(thats jumping so that the tape gets longer as i jump to the side)
then i face the way the tape is going and jump down and up feet together
then i shuffel (facin so that the tape gets longer to my right hand side) down and back
thats all i can think off right now i hope this makes sence im kinda tired.

If anyone gets typical training plans for jumping rope and speedball I really want to perfect my skill using those two exercise.
Or if anyone know a good website to get some training tips for those 2 as well.
