Super Middleweights: Carl Froch, Kenny Anderson, Steven McGuire.
Middleweights: Wayne Elcock, Darren Barker, Kevin Concepcion, Paul Smith* ,Steve Bendall.
Light Middlweights: Jamie Moore, Bradley Price, John Duddy, Anthony Small, Ryan Rhodes.
Welterweights: Michael Jennings, Craig Watson, Kell Brook.
Light Welterweights: Junior Witter*, Colin Lynes, Lenny Daws, David Barnes, Paul Mcclosky, Gavin Rees, Martin Gethin, Lee McAllister, Barry Morrison.
Lightweights: Amir Khan, John Murray, John Fewkes, Johnathan Thaxton*.
Super Featherweights: Kevin Mitchell, Nicky Cook*, Alex Arthur, Carl Johanneson, Ricky Burns.
Featherweights: Derry Matthews*, Paul Appleby, John Simpson, Paul Truscott, Akaash Bhatia.
Super Bantamweights: Rendall Monroe, Matthew Marsh.
These fighters for me show great signs of talent and prospect for the future. The reason I havent done the other devision is that I havent seen any of them fight before.
the fighters with * next to their name indicates they have lost a fight a crucial part of their career and really only have one more chance to get back into it. Most of them are ex champions who can still be seen as prospects IMO.
My British p4p :
1) Joe Calzaghe
2) Ricky Hatton
3) David Haye
4) Carl Froch
5) Jamie Moore
6) Enzo Maccarinelli
7) Clinton Woods
8) Bradley Price
9) Amir Khan
10) Alex Arthur

Where's HUNTER??I dont see him in your top draw list.A really good list of fighters there me mate....apart from the let down of not including me local boxer "Michael Hunter".Ha!He's making a come back to the game in september this year.Mind you i dont know what division he'll be fighting at;)
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
I didnt know he was coming back. I thought after that loss he would call it a day, he would be one of the * fighters I think.

Yeah it's offical. He said that he was getting bored of being out of the game and putting on loads of weight, due to him not fighting. He has been training for just over three weeks now and he has the hunger and desire back.Watch this space:D
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Kevin Mitchell - Wicked fighter. Would like to see him against Alex Arthur sometime soon.
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Scott Quigg at Superbantam, looks a good prospect.
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Hey Tam...nice little list you got going on there, shows that we're still standing strong in terms of how many quality pro boxers we have fighting in the UK at the moment.
What about Gavin Rees and Audley Harrison? Throw Matt Skelton in the blender too at HW, losing to a world champ isn't a complete disaster.
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Im not sure you can class many in your list as prospects , lots are a the tail end of there careers .
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Definately agree with Kevin Mitchell and Matt Marsh as potentials. Both look awesome and are a joy to watch. Always constant action in their fights.
Re: British prospects and my British p4p
Ill give you a Heavyweight Prospect to keep an eye on David Howe. ;D
