I wont comment much about Cottos personal life as I normally don't like to but for the most part there's a lot of things about boxers life that the average fan doesn't know about them.
I think it's good in a sense cause what is it to us what he does at home (so as long as it's nothing illegal or whatever).

I'm a die hard Cotto fan and let me tell you there's A LOT of things about him that many people don't know.
The only bad things on those list belong to Emile and ODLH.
