how to find body fat %

hey i was wondering how to find my body fat %. Im 6 ft 206 i have brode shoulders and deep chest and am pritty skinny and am in good shape i just don't know body fat %. and i would like to know cuz i wanna try and get down to 190 and fight in that class. so plz help.

Body fat scales are pretty shit

I was believing my reading of 20%+ did calipers and I was at 12%! Needless to say I dont even care what the scales say now

good point. i have never used one. i couldnt remember the word calipers, so that is also my recommendation.
