I think a focused Tommy could take the Klitschko, Tommy was a damn good inside fighter that could crack and had loads of pressure in which Klitschko does not like. Morrison would have to stay on the inside and not let Klitschko set up the Jab. Who do you guys think.

Morrisson would have a big big chance, but he had a problem with defense and a long powerful guy like Klitschko would pose a big ask.
Mercer would do very well I believe
TM would have a chance coz his left hook was one of the best in the game.
But I think Klitschko would fight very negative and keep his distance and pick him apart.

Im just thinking back how a similar fighter Lennox Lewis pickied apart Morrison from long range although Wladimir wouldn't be anywhere near as aggressive as Lewis he could still pick apart Morrison or we could see Morrison laying out Wladimir with his trademark left hook its basically a flip of a coin.

Thanks guys, W.Klitschko to me just fights scared and thats the worst thing to do with Morrison :cool: Of coarse this would have to be a young Prime Morrison

I posed this question a few years back (except it was comparing Morrison and Cooney to the Klitschko bros), around the time Vitali pulled his "No Mas" with Chris Byrd.
The response then was overwhelming for Morrison and Cooney, looks like not much has changed in the public's opinion since then.
Wladimir and Vitali are HANDS DOWN better fighters than the likes of Cooney and Morrison.
Wlad-Cooney would have been a decent fight as Gerry had a decent chin until he got busted up by Holmes but his quality of opposition was HORRIBLE. Wlad has a jab that is second(if that) to ONLY the guy who slaughtered Cooney and Wladimir has a whole lot more power than Larry Holmes ever did...Wlad by mid/late stoppage
Wlad-Morrison this fight would have been more difficult for Tommy than for Wlad. Wlad has height, reach, weight, and strength on Tommy and I take a good 1-2 over a good left hook any day of the week. Wlad has a GREAT jab and would frustrate Tommy and after Wlad laid into him with power shots Tommy would clam up and the ref would step in mid/late rounds and stop it.
Vitali would have hammered both Tommy and Cooney and been done before round 4.
