Mate Parlov

Just wanted to let everyone know Mate Parlov died today of lung cancer. For those of you who didn't know him.He had some great fight's during a crazy time when everybody was fighting everybody in the light heavyweight division taking on such greats as Saad Muhamad twice losing once and getting a desicion on the other,beating John Conteh, then losing to Marvin Johnson,and Marvin Camal twice in which he stepped up and won the cruiserweight title then lost in the rematch.

R.I.P. :(

Can't say as I recall seeing him fight; but always sad to hear about one of our warriors passing on.

A good Southpaw was Mate very durable RIP.

Just thought since this post seemed to be overlooked it should be looked at again.
