I'll tell you, some people are geniuses out there.. capitalizing on addictions and cravings.. anyone who has anything to do with porn, capitalizes on the simple fact that males are made to reproduce and are horny as hell.. genius.. anyone who capitalizes on fat fucks who are lazy and won't exercise or go on a diet.. genius..
I swear, Michael Phelps is a great example for how the human body works.. he takes in 12,000 calories a day of a ton of fat and carbs, but he swims and works his ass off.. What does that tell you? For all those diets out there that say "you can eat anything you want" "you can still eat your favorite foods" It's the best marketing.. It's no fucking secret that if you exercise, you will burn calories and THEREFORE LOSE FUCKING WEIGHT!!.. Yet the American public think losing weight is some secret..
I worked in a bookstore for 3 years, and i saw fatass after fatass come in and buy "bob greene's diet" "south beach diet" "atkins diet" the list goes ON AND ON.. and if i saw them now, they'd still weigh just as much, if not more.. Because everyone thinks shit is simple, and they want to be lazy, yet still be healthy and lose weight.. not going to happen!
I want to write a book on this topic, i'm actually pretty sold on the idea..
And the ironic thing, is the book is on how dumb people are for buying diet books, but they'll be paying to purchase and read my book ;D
I understand that a lot of people don't have all day to exercise and workout.. people have 9-5 jobs, and kids to feed etc.. But you can ALWAYS make time.. And if you don't have a chance to make time, then you go on a stricter diet, and take in less calories and fat.. It's pretty damn simple.. no secret..
I lost 20 lbs at the beginning of this year, i was 170, i'm 150 now.. it took about 2 months.. I ate pretty healthy, but if i wanted dessert, i had dessert.. If i went out to eat and wanted something that wasn't too healthy for me, i still ate it.. But i never gained weight.. why? because i swam/ran everyday.. and it felt awesome..
The Michael Phelps Diet.. Eat all the shit you want.. Work your ass off in the pool..
I could sell that book.. put his body on the cover, and put recipes on how to make chocolate chip pancakes inside.. Conclude with pictures and detailed instructions on how to swim the Freestyle Stroke.. the Afterward would read "GET OFF YOUR FAT FUCKING ASS"..

POB this is NOT directed towards you.. I know that there are programs to put some motivation/schedule/routine in your life to build muscle and not JUST to lose weight.. It's just that the idea of paying for a plan or anything to that extent triggered my feelings towards a similar topic.
