he seems to have put on a few pounds, good ad though!!
He has always walked around as a fatty even between fights he packed it on up to 30 lb. Gruelling work out to get it off each time ,full dehydrate as well for him so he said.
never got why fighters do this(obviously Tzysu retired so fair play to him he should eat what he wants ;D) but fighters who put on loads of weight between fights I never get, why not keep light training up and then u don't have to waste time loosing unnessesary weight and u can consentrate totally on your opponent, instead of worrying about weight.Quote:
