The wife did that and theres a lot more of that video, Ill get it up. F**king Witherspoon getting in the way ;D.
Nice Vid Scrap!
I like how it shows all the little footwork intricacies with the braking with the heel etc.
I used to think I had a good jab but now I think it's shit and not allowing me to follow up in a balced position because I don't think i brake with that rear heel enough!
I've always struggled with uppercuts too but this little vid shows them very clearly in a way I haven't seen before so I'm going to spend so real time looking at this!
Very nice video indeed. My uppercut can use some work it seems.
A can understand how being on the balls of your feet helps, but why is his front heal raised up so high?
Anyways nice video. I just wish I could hear your instructions, but I can get a decent idea of what you're telling him.
He was getting a Habit of Driving of His front knee and staying there on his front foot. Trying through feel to correct it, and put Him in the middle. for better movement.
nice but how much should his front foot be up ? should he stay a little bit on the ball or be flat footed?
depends on your style. to me they should be just raised 1/4 of an inch for feel of the knee Ligaments to get a response. The old days of leather soles where you could shuffle are long gone ;D.
personally i like coming up on the ball and using it to gain a bit extra reach, could you please explain the rear foot brake concept?
Not sure what you mean as regards extra reach there is none. The distance when throwing a shot if correct the distance from Head to Fist never changes, if you reach with the fist the Head Follows, dont reach with the Punch it throws you off Balance.
i see said the blind man....
