Boxrec (yes we all know they are not the most reliable source) have Kermit Cintron vs Lovemore N'Dou in an eliminator fight on the undercard of the Jermain Taylor/Jeff Lacey fight on November 15th.
What do you guys think of this match up, I think Cintron may have the power to KO N'Dou but it really depends on his mental state after his 2 beat downs by Margarito. Both fighters I think are at a tough point in there careers after coming off loses so it should be an interesting fight.
I also think Cintron can pull this one out.. He's just a little bit to strong.. I agree with mentally he could be a bit of a wildcard, but he looked pretty strong in both the Margarito fights and was worn down relentlessly.. I think it will be a different story against N'Dou and he'll have more of a chance to take advantage of his power... And regardless of the Margarito fights, I think Cintron has a pretty decent chin...
It's not a given either way, but i'm putting my hat into Cintron's corner..
This is an old but crafty Lovemore N'Dou but this dude is on the decline and this just might be his last fight. Cintron is young and strong. Losing to the most feared man in the welter weight division is nothing to be ashamed of. I will be surprised if it goes past 8 rounds.
In truth this guy couldn't beat Paulie.
He couldn't KO him nor could he outbox him.
Cintron is a lot bigger than Malignaggi with 10 times the power and a decent dose of speed.
Cintron will Knock him out.
Simply too big and strong for him.
