I just noticed when I woke up this morning that the weeks have been going so fast lately.. Usually my weeks drag on really really really long, but just lately like the last month or so it feels like there is only 3 working days between Sunday and Friday...
I just love Friday. I love weekends.. I love sleeping in.. I love going to bed and not having to set my alarm.. I love knowing when i'm going to sleep that I can get up at whatever time I like...
I have lived this weekend style life every day for the past decade. It's great since being put out to pasture and deemed unfit for purpose by the great British healthcare system I have a life with zero responsibility and lazy mornings, often running into the afternoons every day. :)Quote:

Been a long week for me, but enjoyed it.
On Monday I've only got 5 days more work:)
I have a three day weekend this weekend I have Monday off which is Labor day and it happens to be my birthday. I definately plan on having a good weekend, I'm just glad its here.
Im glad its Friday!! Its been a bloody long week and Ive struggled to enjoy much. I did an open class at the second school I work at, so I had to teach in front of a load of parents. :rolleyes: Didnt like that too much.
And Ive lost my spark a little bit at my regular school. The late evening finishes and the still muggy nights have been preying upon me a bit. My contracts are all up in a few months so I might just take some time out. And of course, I have another essay deadline looming.
All work and no play for me. Did I say Im glad its Friday? :cool:
I'm back in college next Wednesday. Driving Lesson on Tuesday and doing sweet FA since then. Final year of my studies at A-Level (Finish May/June 09) and then I'm taking a gap year in Perth, Australia.
I especially love Fridays because at work they've just moved us to only 4 days a week. That extra hour of work during the day is kind of ardious at first, but once you get used to it, it's freakin' sweet because of the 3 day weekend at the end. And this weekend, it's a 4 day weekend and only a 3 day workweek next week. :woot22:Quote:
