As some of you know,it was for sale.
But the investors that were brought in to buy it have a sense of boxing history.
They plan not only a full renovation(every building in North Philly needs one,this is no exception)but their keeping Joe and Marvis as trainers.
If all goes well, an institution of Philadelphia boxing will not only be saved,but improved.
