Anyone Going To Pay The £14.95 For Kahn Fight Come On Own Up
I must admit i'm thinking about it because this fight could be better than most including myself think.

To be honest (and I'm one of the worst for the khan slagging, over protected, not fought anybody, dodgy chin etc etc) but he is an exciting fighter and I think given his opponent this fight will be really excited.
Not shelling out though ;D
Credit crunch and all that!

I wouldn't buy this if it was a guaranteed F of the year just out of principal
he is young, he just isnt PPV yet im afraid, this is going to kill boxing in the UK even more
disgusting.
PS Please don't buy into his opponent being a knockout artist of any sort, sure he has ha high knockout %, but look at his opposition, most of them havent even won a fight.

Good point on the principal people shouldn't buy this fight. I'm out saturday anyway so gona watch it in a bar somewhere then record it for my collection if they put it on sky sports lol

I would rather lick piss of a tramps nipple than support this
Re: Anyone Going To Pay The £14.95 For Kahn Fight Come On Own Up
They need 250,000 buys (ive seen it reported as low as 100,000 :-\) for it to be a success. Khan was fighting in front of millions on ITV.. every fight.
And they already have EVERY Khan fight planned for PPV. Unfortunately they could get worse. There were other far less dangerous (on paper) fighters offered this gig before they found this Prescott fella.
Re: Anyone Going To Pay The £14.95 For Kahn Fight Come On Own Up
They will continue to put him on PPV if lots of people buy it.Should be intresting to watch but i still not paying more sky is expensive enough.
Re: Anyone Going To Pay The £14.95 For Kahn Fight Come On Own Up
Just came on the forum to start this very thread;)
I agree - no way is he ppv yet, his opponent's record is what they are selling it on with the ads I have seen. But to say that is a padded record is a huge understatement
However I have always said from day one that he would be found out and kayoed within 19 fights and I don't really want to miss seeing that happen !
So what do I do....Also wouldn't mind seeing Audley kayoed again, always raises a chuckle.
I will try find out if local pubs are showing it first though. But if they aren't I can see myself clicking the pay button....
I think this fight could sell though because of Khan's muslim community following. I work with a couple of muslim lads who are not really into boxing but talk about Khan and love to watch him. that audience alone could generate a lot of sales.
Let's see
Re: Anyone Going To Pay The £14.95 For Kahn Fight Come On Own Up
Sky shouldnt be aloud to get away with robbing the public of seeing the best prospect in British boxing at the moment.

On principle I will be avoiding all bars that show it as well. Can't believe they've already had 100k buys, fuicking sellouts.
