working two jobs mates and homies. Nearly killed me. We were trying to save to fix some big house upgrades, ie kitchen bathrooms PLUS me wife is going to school so by the time she left for school I got home to care for me youngun's.

but the home improvements are finished, all paid for, no credit, cash only. Got some good deals from my paisanos. kitchen looks great, bathrooms look great. and I look great. :flame:

been thinking real hard about a job change. Been at the same company for about 14-15 years now. I really like it but a new job opportunity which I feel very positive about (they know me and I know them very well). Has an Executive Director title and it pays nearly six figures. I can probably negotiate it to get to six figures. BUT I really love what I am doing now. I have not been offered anything BUT they were the ones that told me to submit a resume. They came looking for me. so.....decisions decisions
