and then Chavez Jr. gets a bunch of shit...
ESPN - Lightweight hopeful Khan takes first loss with 54-second knockout - Boxing
So much hype towards this kid, an Olympic Silver Medalist, and get's Ko'd in 54 seconds?!? and by some nobody?!?! WTF?!?!?! honestly i don't get why Chavez get's burned so badly when he on the other hand hasn't had an amatuer career and well never looked anywhere close to getting KO'd especially as badly as i heard the Khan's was....
Re: and then Chavez Jr. gets a bunch of shit...
I agree but it's just the way the cookie crumbles.
People are gonna talk shit regardless.
I think Jr. though with time has made some people not necessairly fans but they have learned that he didn't fight as an am. and that he's learning on the job.
With that being said I think nothing would suit better Jr. then a loss. Not by KO though. ;D
It would take a lot of weight off his shoulders.

Because Julio Cesar Chavez Jr isn't making any progress skill wise and he is struggling against mediocre opposition he should already have atleast 2 losses on his record atleast when his father was fighting mediocre opposition he beat them well and to be honest this whole excuse about having no Amateur fights is getting bit tiresome now maybe at first it was legit excuse but after 30 pro+ fights he should atleast be fighting top 10 fighter now.............
As for Amir Khan hardcore boxing fans were hating on Amir Khan just like i was the majority of people on this forum said he would get KO'ed the first puncher he meets so im not really sure what your getting at both Amir Khan and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr have got criticism which they deserve.
Re: and then Chavez Jr. gets a bunch of shit...
Chavez has a pretty good chin, poor stamina and is a mediocre boxer at best. Amir Khan in terms of boxing ability is light years ahead of Chavez.
And as for criticising Khans resume, it's miles better than Chavez jr's.
Chavezs biggest win was a life and death struggle in which he scraped a win over a guy who got completely outboxed by full time Walmart employee and Contender whupping boy Anthony Bonsante.
Khan may not have fought many decent fighters, but Earl, St Claire, Lawton, Limmond and Prescott are all better opponents than Chavez has faced.
Chavez will get his ass handed to him soon enough, he just hasn't stepped up to the C class yet.
