Agreed a rematch would be meaningless, there's no way Casa can do any better then that at this point. He actually fought a much better fight against Marquez than he did Katsidis or Santa Cruz imo, looked like he put everything he had together just couldn't get it done against the fresher fighter. How is he supposed to offer any alternative after suffering the loss and being more past it. Marquez needs to strike now and take whatever fight brings him the most money, he deserves it. I think he could beat Diaz or Campbell personally, though both would be tough physical fights for him, probably moreso than JOel was. A third fight with Pacquiao would be a great ending to his career. Just wonder how DLH-Pac will turn out(i.e. what Oscar will do).Quote:

Beating the young Mexican Diaz will do more for Marquez than beating an old Casa again . I think Marquez will choose that route but the big fight is the Campbell one cuz thats for all the belts angainst the number 1 . Win that and theres only Pacquiao left .
i think the best that he could do for the fans is to fight juan diaz. i want to see how juan diaz reacts to being countered about he's done with his soft combo's. i think jmm has the power to buzz him and i think he is taylor made for jmm's counter punching. nate would rough house jmm and i dont think that its good for jmm's style.
