OK so thoughts on Bisping-Leben

I know UFC 89 isn't the most mouth watering of cards for my american cousins but there is a couple of up and coming british fighters fighting. With the Sokodjou fight aside what does everyone think of the kmain event?

I am going to pick Bisping to win. Is anyone going to pick against him? Leben has the punchers chance and you can always guarantee he will come to fight but i think Mike will just pick him off at range, maybe even getting a stoppage in rnd 2 or 3. Bisping has to be wary of Lebens left hand because if he lands it clean it could be lights out for Bisping. Mike is very explosive, fast and has tons of stamina and great cardio. Apart from one punch knockout power i cannot think of one area where Chris has the edge. Mike is the more well rounded fighter but that said.... It could all change in one punch.
If it goes to the ground (whole fight will probably be standing...maybe a couple of times on the ground or some type of slam from the clinch against the cage) then i think Mike will have the tools to possibly submit Leben. Either an armbar or a RNC.

All in all i think this will be an exciting fight! ;D

Imo Bisping is one of the most likeable guys in the UFC if not all of MMA and hes a hell of a fighter too. :thumb:

Lebans face will look a mess at 185lbs Bisping is an animal.

I agree bisping at 185 can use all his tools, good foot work long range and good ground defence. At 205 all these things were not as dominant becouse of the extra wiegh he had to carry around and the naturally bigger guys he was fighting.

Quite new to UFC but have seen Bisping fight and was impressed and with him being British I'm gonna plump for Bisping

Bisping is the fave going into this one, but NEVER count out Leben.

I think Bisping will make him tap late in the 2nd round
