static stretches are good, but why not try some isometric stretches as well? or maybe that was something more advanced than what you wanted to show? just thinking out loud.but i did like the fact that you showed stretching period. so many neglect it.

I thought Id start with just the basics,stretching is one of the most neglected parts of the game,you walk in to 9 out of 10 gyms,you wont see a sould stretching
