You can try e-mailing this person as I know they are a fanatical Pantera bootleg collector and may have come across that one at some stage.

This is also a bootleg site that has quite a few Pantera ones. Not your exact one but if you wanted some others.. I'm still searching around for the specific Vancouver one.

I was at the show, it's one of their last concerts. I'd like to download it, I'd buy a disc and pay the shipping fee as well if there was one.

I can't even find a setlist or a review of the show, so I've never heard of a bootleg existing. However, there were 20,000+ people there and I'm sure at least one of them was recording it. Plus, I'm hoping there was a soundboard recording or something.

I forgot to keep the link, but I saw on another forum where someone was requesting a list of Pantera bootlegs, they listed the show you're looking for as well. So maybe they have reason to believe there is one as well...
