Tough question. I can only think of Casamayor-vs-McCullough and Jirov-Tarver but that was the semi final.

Hector Lopez vs. Mauriccio Stecca 84' Olympic finals at Feather/(?) Bantam for gold & silver.Both went on to win alphabet soup WBO ish titles if that counts. Lopez fought Tzsyu in the States years later ,I thought Lopez just edged Kostya with nice boxing :-X
