This has gotta be the damndest story I've ever heard of!...
This girl meets a boy named Josh on myspace. He's like the perfect myspace boyfriend. But after awhile, he all of a sudden turns on her. She is cyber bullied to the point where she kills herself. But that ain't the worst of it... :-X

What a sick story, I can't believe they filed a complaint against the poor girls family for destroying their table.
I would probably have burned their house down, seriously.

I agree, I would have gone to jail for life after that...

ditto... I'd only have bothered smashing the table if it was to stuff it down the parents throats peice by peice.

Some parents are simply nuts. And for this kind stuff, it is often the mothers.
Just last month on A&E was watching a show on a woman I think from Texas, who contracted out a hit on a girl who was cheerleader, because her daughter wasn't and some other petty stuff. Like, paid for it and everything...the whole time giggling and saying "get er done!"
Re: This has gotta be the damndest story I've ever heard of!...
Yeah, the offending parents were way out of line for sure. But to suggest they are to be blamed for the kid's suicide is a bit of a stretch. It is not at all clear hear just what the parents did and what the ex-friend did. The victim was obviously quite disturbed to begin, with a history of depression and suicidal impulses. With that in mind, Megan's parents might have kept a closer eye on her when she became so distraught. The offending family paid quite a price, regardless of what the courts dish out.

That is just fucking sick, crushing a 13 year old girls heart then telling her the world would be a better place without her? I would have to have been restrained not to curb stomp those people if that were my kid. That is just too much for words.

thats fuked up. i never thought myspace was like that. that was weird the the boy never even existed, wat a crazy story. and sad
Re: This has gotta be the damndest story I've ever heard of!...
As a father, i have to admit..
I would have cut the husband's dick off and made the wife eat it.
Before making a bonfire from that table and then burning their faces off to molten flesh with it.
Then i would REALLY get medieval after that...
It would involve a bath of salt and a freshly peeled family.
Even after all that, the pain they would go through would not come close to the suffering of knowing your own child was mentally tortured to the point of taking their own life.
I wouldn't want her locked up for bullying - i'd want her walking the streets and freely available.
Re: This has gotta be the damndest story I've ever heard of!...
I've seen pictures of the woman who did it. She looked smug in them, from what I saw. Didn't see any remorse.
We had a person here not long ago...I saw with the same look on her face, just days after killing a cop in a drunk driving accident. Smiling for the camera being brought to court. Saying all kinds of things about 'taking out a pig', right in front of his family. Only time she cried or showed emotion was when she was handed her sentence. 5 years. She had no licence and was on probation for several previous DUIs. 5 years.
People are just simply disgusting sometimes.
