Very strong rumours about this fight on Jan 24th Affliction card,I think AA is the only fighter who's got a slim chance of beating Fedor,he's got fast hands and a lot of power,although my early prediction would be a 1st round TKO by GnP for Fedor.I dont see AA getting out of this 1st round with Fedor.
those two fights with sylvia seemed to make AA a bit gun shy in the ring. The guy has great power and can ko anyone in mma, but he just seems a bit reluctant to let his hands go and get caught with one.
I think the old AA had a better chance, but now I think he'll be fighting a defensive fight. Not the way to win against fedor.
I saw Arlovski getting owned by Tim Silva . Compare that with Fedors last fight and theres only 1 winner.
A) sylvia has never "owned" AA. But he does have his number. By a hair.
B) Algorithms don't apply to mma. A beats B and B beats C, but A can't necessarily beat C.
For example, Chuck beat Wandy and Wandy beat Jardine, but Jardine beat Chuck.

There isn't anything left for Fedor if/when he beats AA and Barnett,I would like to see some of these LHWs either step up or perhaps Fedor go down to LHW,I think Fedor is a small HW anyway,can you imagine how exciting it would be having Fedor in the mix at LHW in the UFC with the likes of Wand,Spider,Shogun,Forrest,Machida,Evans,Chuck,Ram page!?
