I really want to get into learning how to box, kickfight, and streetfight. but i'm really into the boxing end of it more. I live in a little tiny ass town and there's nothing anywhere that even has to do with boxing. and i really want to learn so i was wondering if anyone had any advice on how i can start? and, would it be a good idea to just jump in a start fighting people? cuz my friends said they can teach me but that's the only way they know how to teach.

Go to www.amazon.com go to books and search for boxing and streetfighting. Tons of books will come up.
Don't just jump in a fight could you could get smashed. In a streetfight try to use the jab and cross a lot. Their hard to defend and you can then mount an attack and find the openings.
