How does Manny stack up compared to the Puetro Rican greats?

Mexican killer? I am trying to think of another boxer from another country, particularly Puerto Rico who have beaten the top mexicans of their era? I know Puerto Rico has a bad rap sheet against the Mexicans because will+iron chin>power, but who else? The more I think about it the more special I realize Pacquaio must be, I mean he stopped guys like Morales who was deemed to be impossible to knock out. He beat Barrera twice (overwhelming him once, outboxing him the second), and he floored JMM four times in two very close fights. Gomez couldn't handle Sanchez, Rosario couldn't handle Chavez, Cotto couldn't handle MArgarito. Obviously the styles are different, but how good is Manny compared to Gomez, Rosario,etc?
