If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
Lucian Bute vs. Mads Larsen in The Works For Early 09
check this part out: "Should Mads beat Bute, of course we be interested in matching him as an opponent for Kessler. I like Mads in the fight, but I honestly don't believe he deserves the shot when you look at the five fights he's had since his comeback," Palle said.
"Kessler will make a voluntary defense; his next opponent may be Gusmyl Perdomo (15-2, 9KOs) of Colombia."
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
oops, wrong forum. Can any mod move this to Boxing talk?

Jesus what is the matter with Mikkel Kessler and his camp ? he not long ago fought one of the best fighters in the world and gave good account of himself. And now for the last two fights he has been wasting time against nobodies.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, the 2nd time i gave him one last chance to fight one of the top 8 Super Middleweights. Now 3rd time possibly ? has the loss to Joe Calzaghe really effected him that badly ?

I know it is at the point of being really sad actually.
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
I have not heard this and I hope you are wrong ;) Kessler spoke about USA after the fight and Calzaghe ( but that will never happen).... I doubt that your information is correct.
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
I don't get the problem.. if Larsen beats Bute, then an all Denmark unification fight is perfectly understandable, no? :-\

Then Kessler will unify with Bute.. so whats the problem?
I know, everyone would sooner see Kessler-Froch (should he beat Pascal), right?

But i got the impression Fenster that Mikkel Kessler, was fighting another crap opponent. Before he steps up again ? unless i misread the article, but i would love to see Lucian Bute vs Mikkel Kessler.

Yes, you're right, it says he is having a gimme (another one:rolleyes:).. Bute probably will want a gimme after what happened against Andrade too(larsen;D).
Just wish the best would fight the best. Bloody gimmes.
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
is a bit ridiculous, I made a thread about this earlier how Hausler was all right but there was no need for another gimme after that which is apparently what's going on.
Hopefully he didn't lose too much confidence after the Calzaghe fight. Although its probably more likely that his camp did.
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
I saw the same story in Danish media, but there the argument is that Perdomo most likely is the next _mandatory_ and that Kessler is likely to have a voluntary defense before meeting Perdomo.
The other day his camp was talking about fighting on HBO in February or March (apparently there has been offers).
Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
Well I have to eat my words, seems it is true
Kessler really needs to find a new maneger what a waste of talent.
Team Palle said Haussler was a mismatch, what is this then a fukcing waste of time.
This brilliant move will really open the US for Kessler....... NOT !!!! :p
who is during the rating at WBA ? I have a hard time to understand it ???
Can some one explain it in English or Danish

Re: If this is true, It's time for Kessler to jump camps.
It looks like Kessler is just going to make money of his belt by fighting tomato cans. That's a shame.

It must have. I can't think of any other explanation.
