Sign up again for SIGIS! version 2.0

Ok folks, once again, I am taking sigi requests.

A few things I will take into consideration are membership activity and time you have been here, also will take into consideration wether or not I have done one already of that fighter, this means, I do not want to make 10 sigi's of the same fighter, that would be boring.

This will not be on a first come, first serve bases.

I am going to start using fluid mask 3 to cut out images so I should be able to make these sigis pretty fast.

Also would help if you have a nice clean clip even from YOUTUBE is fine as long as it is not too fuzzy, I can use it although I know most youtube videos are a bit fuzzy, I have seen some that are complete shiet and others that are good enough to work with.

I guess this will be my early Christmas presents to you all that ask for sigis
