hello i weigh 65, tonight the max i an weigh is 65.5
if i have some pasta for lunch say 1 30 ish then weigh in at 6 30 should i make the weight if not whats the best thing to eat, cheers in advance

Pasta will make you retain more water. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking though.
