uppercuts/left cross from southpaw position
Hello guys, im new to this forum and its great to be here since i visit this cool site all the time. anyway can you guys help me out with a few problems i have. one is since im a southpaw when i throw my uppercuts im not quite sure to where do i shift my weight when im throwing my rear/left uppercut and my lead/right uppercut. which leg do i shift my weight to for each uppercut. also when throwing my left cross same question to which leg do i shift my weight to. thanks for your help guys:)

Always make sure the back foot can see the target. Power and Distance is where your Back foot is the secret is finding the direction and distance with the Feet, to transfer Power through Balance and Posture to the Target. The best way to do this is find a good coach. ;D

thanks Scrap, i have noticed a difference when my back foot is facing my target. i can feel my punches get stronger.:)
