Jean Claude Van Damme as Jean Claude Van Damme in J.C.V.D.
I always took this guy for a bit of a fruitcake but I have to admit, this looks really good:

LOL I used to do the same thing when I was young and would stay up watching his movies... By the end, I was walking around the house doing kicks and wanting my little brother to pop up around the corner so I could take him down...
Van Damme was my childhood hero.. And Arnie in Predator was the 2nd most awesome hero of my childhood..

What alot of people dont realise, is Van Dammes WAKO record is freaking great. Its a shame that the coke and the Chuck Zito knockout punch make people forget that.
One of the things I love about the first few Van Damme films is he brings in legit martial artists for the action sequences.
Bolo Yeung, Jeff Speakman, Billy Blanks, etc etc starred in those early films
Re: Jean Claude Van Damme as Jean Claude Van Damme in J.C.V.D.
I haven't seen a Van Damme movie in the theater since... since Timecop. I see no reason not to keep that streak running.;D
Re: Jean Claude Van Damme as Jean Claude Van Damme in J.C.V.D.
The best film that Van Damme stared in was BLOODSPORTS1.He's really in his prime in that film.Me second best film of Dammes is KICKBOXER1;D

Those two are really good I always liked his movie where there was some type fighting tournament.
When I was a kid I always wanted to see Steven Sigel (sp) and Van Damme in a movie together.

'Brick not hit back'
'I ain't your pal Dickface'
'You bleed like Mai Lee, Mai Lee GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOd Fuck'

I agree with TM, my girl friends father is a board member of IKA and is has gone to the Olympics to serve as a ref. for Karate.
He respects guys like Norris, JCVD and such because they were geniunely guys who practiced and lived their art.
