What is going on with Roy's Kimbo-esqe beard...look at that thing ?

His biceps always seemed freakisly huge to me . Whats his secret?

At least from clips it seems Roy works his left hook more than anything when he trains, its his money punch, a lot of people don't know this, but he didn't really master that straight right cross until he was in the LHW division. OR at least he didn't throw it that much until then when guys were too tall to get off that leaping left hook effectively.
If not the most pop, then the most speed. Remember his lightening fast lead left hooks (instead of jabs)? Take a look at the huge difference there is from his left bicep to his right in the first image.. Lol it's pretty dramatic. I'm guessing that has alot to do with it.Quote:

Very skinny right arm, very freakishly large left arm.
And in pictures like these, he always seems to favor his left Bicep

I guess thats why his lead hand was so deadly.. I use to love w atching roy go south paw and hit someone with a huge left.
RJJ's physique at this age is pretty serious! (Hopkins too!) Calzaghe is also pretty cut up too. Both men are in shape and ready to go!
i thought the size difference was to do with damage hed done to the right one , like torn it or something like that
