any advice?
i live in a fairly remote part of north england and theres no gyms any where close to me which is making it impossible for me to take up boxing training in a serious sense again. all i have is a pair of 15kg dumbells, a weight bench and a pair of boxing gloves as theres no room for a punchbag at the moment. if anyone has any ideas id really appreciate it.

Re: any advice?
for starters you could post in the correct section...that being below in the "ask the trainer" section. ;)
Then I would begin by looking into threads like the bodyweight exercise thread, or some of the many posts there. As well the Important and Useful Posts section.
Now if you decide you want to start a training log, which is a good thing to have...you could change the title of this to "Pavlikfans training log" and it would have it's place.
But first and foremost, you should have some sort of a plan worked out before you begin one.

Re: any advice?
ha, well good someone moved it. It will get more exposure here.
I can't help you with the club deal, as I am in Canada. I do know our general reply is "get to a gym, however, whenever etc" but also realize this just simply isn't possible for some people.
But yea...just dig deep in this forum for ideas for conditioning, technique and so on...for there is lots of it. If you have further questions about them please ask em...and someone in the know will eventually step up.
Everyone in here brings something different to the table, yourself included.
