Who is gonna win and how?
I would really like Verno to, always had a lot of respect for him but I highly doubt he will. Williams will win but I suspect Verno's crafty enough to go the distance.
I am goning against the odds a bit i am picking Phillips

Williams wide UD, one reason and one reason alone output. Phillips may be cagey enough to give a little frustration, but even if he's connecting more, it won't look like he is because Williams will just keep throwing.
Paul williams by ko. I think that one stumble taught williams loads.
I have great respect for Phillips.Has constantly faced a high level of competition ,leaves it all there and still has a sneaky left but man....I just can not see this ending well for Verno vs. the huge southpaw hitting a stride with added weight.Added potent offence offsets Williams leaky defense (But solid chin) and I think Verno will have to hurt Williams much to win,just don't see it.

Verno will test giant Williams I believe. But Paul has got this belt no problem and he tested the waters up north just very recently and won in an impressive way. i think Williams by TKO in the late rounds...
