I remember that, that was the Eric Bienenemy team the won the NC. Notre Dame was a power house back then, do you remember Tony Rice?. Anyway this was my favorite punt return of all time. Tony Rice was sick. So was Ricky Waters. Shortly thereafter Reggie Brooks and Jerome Bettis came through. Brooks didn't do anything in the NFL but he was a warrior at ND:

I've often felt ND is an overrated team. I know what they did and have done but for all the attention they still get and haven't done jack shit in yrs. makes then overrated for me.
