eating too much during this litte xmas gap
I find this time of year really busy so i'm not eating more but i tend to grab something quick more often.
Quick things tend to be something like a hot dog from the servo or a pack of 2 min noodles left in the unit by my flatmate when she moved interstate - disorganized and bad of me :-\
Still dinner tonight is a protein shake and vegies so i'm trying to get my act together again!
The holidays are hard. Everyone is shoving sweets in your face and all social celebrations are centered around food. :p I've found that a good long workout in the morning really helps.
Im eating a lot of salad,its winter so you find yourself wanting food,to add bulk,salad doesnt add much but roughage,but shuts your stomach up
I always eat too much during winter time cuz I go to the gym less often kick it with my family more,than usual and eat lots of good food...tamales is one for example:)
I'm kinda glad we have Christmas in summer having read this -
I do get hungrier in winter and i just can't imagine that being the time when all this celebratory food is shoved in front of me!

Yeah my body reacts to seasons quite a bit, i'm already down to 73kg since it has started getting warmer and i've been eating a lot worst than normal. But it is incredibly difficult to not tuck into all that food, I think I will give myself a free pass on christmas day though, there is only so much food you can eat in one day :p
Im heading into this Christmas battle a bit fat already,
God knows how I'll come out? Probably fatter :D.
