What training method do you recommend
So I've started boxing not to long ago(about 4-5 months) and up until now I've been doing the basic running, punch drills, etc, at the gym. I've been trying different exercises and routines on my own, however I can't tell what would be best for me, so I figured I'd asked here.
I'm strictly a infighter, I'm capable of working on the outside but its not my style, so to speak.
I'm also ambidextrous and I have a tendency to switch my stance to try an throw a counter.
Any feedback would be appreciated
Re: What training method do you recommend
That's a pretty open ended question, pretty hard to answer.
Do you have any goals in mind?
Re: What training method do you recommend
Look in the training log section for peoples routines

I wrote this pretty late so I wasn't thinking to much, sorry about that.
I guess what I'm trying to say is what is the best method to improve at infighting, for example how to improve my bob and weave
I would also like to know how i can effectively use this ambidextrous thing to my advantage.
I hope that abit more clear

Tricky
Normally when you have a kid that can switch right to left, you want them to do it from the outside. The moment when you shift your stance, your off balance for just a second. If you get hit with a cross at that moment, your ass will hit the canvas so hard it will ricochet.
As far as infighting in general, this Im sure isnt the answer you want, but you learn from doing it,either in sparring,or having your trainer walk you around the gym
