OH MAN! Great thread MICK!
Since you and Wadeb have already named a couple of my favorite albums:
Marshal Mathers LP - Eminem

It's Dark and Hell is Hot - DMX
I'll throw in ones that haven't been named yet:
The Dynasty / The Black Album - Jay-Z
No Way Out - Puff Daddy
Get Rich or Die Trying - 50 Cent
All Eyez on Me - Tupac (I know it's a compilation, but it's a sweet CD)
Mr. Smith - LL Cool J
When Disaster Strikes - Busta Rhymes
Blackout - Method Man and Redman
The Eminem Show - Eminem
Even though it's really considered Rock, there is Rapping in them.
Hybrid Theory / Meteora - Linkin Park (Probably two of the greatest albums EVER!!)

You Saw My Blinker Bitch is an all-time rap classic.
My friend found a cassette tape of that album at a thrift store and bought it for me (as a joke). Hilarious stuff.
