alright so I know this is pretty soon after the first vid but I have been clearing some space and heightened my bag a little. So I would like to ask if this is better then the first video or if I am heading in the right direction.

Much better movement and jabbing than in your other video, your keeping your head out of range and keeping your guard up well. Keep it up, maybe you could try and do more of a variety in your combinations?

Lot better mate try keep your Elbows in Quite wide .. open to getting winded. Much better though your not going in with your head
It's a step up from before. I still recommend that you invest some time learning how to throw your punches properly, preferably from a good teacher.
