Funny, but I would have thought it was a bit bigger.
I always thought it was 5,966,760,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,053 kg. So I was never too far off. :D

It's kinda strange, all those frigging zeros. To make it ten times bigger all you have to do is add one zero at the end. Doesn't seem right does it?

It is weightless, because weight requires gravity, and I am not aware of anything that exerts gravitational pull on the milky way as a unit.Quote:

CGM, I think you are correct, mass would be independent of gravity.
There is an equal space inside us that is equivelant to the vast space and size of our galaxy... Getting in touch with and exploring that space is one of the most fulfilling things you could do...
On another note, my head probably weighs about 5 pounds..

As above so below was one of the first ancient rules they shared with us that has always applied to everything , both materially and spiritually,also mentally and physically as well; your physical body is forever obeying your mental thoughts from your higher belifes about yourself and you evolve along to that exact rythem.
So that the other ancient prophecy or rule of the universe is fulfilled, that you reap exactly what you sow.
