While Machida and A. Silva ever fight?

These are my two favorite MMA fighters because obviously they are the best strikers and fight in the style I like: hit and don't be hit, but I know they also train together which is frustrating because I would love to see how they would do against eachother. I also know they train together, but in MMA it seems guys who train together tend to fight eachother its not considered sacriledge.

I am also wondering have either of them fought in K-1 Max? I would love to see how they would do against Kaoklai, Masato, Buacaw, etc.

I doubt it. I know Silva didn't want to fight Filho b/c they trained together and were friends...but Lets say Machida's next fight is a title shot and he wins followed by a defense against one of these Liddel/Griffin/Rampage. Couple that with Silva beating Thales, Wandy and maybe GSP in a super fight...I wouldn't put past Anderson to take a shot at the LHW belt as his last fight. Could it happen maybe...but not likely

That sucks because I hear that Machida is Anderson's man who he largely groomed as a fighter, but if Machida wins the title which he would if he fought Evans IMO, then that would force Anderson legacy wise to fight him, if GSP understandably doesn't want to go up to 185, I mean GSP is so bulky at 170, it seems like he doesn't have the body type to go up to 185. Then again I am guessing because of his great wrestling skills, and Silva being so thin that GSP at 170 is probably physically as strong as Silva is at 185.
