I have a quick question. I have been fighting professionally for some time and have a 5-0 record. I am a heavy weight so I really know how to take a punch. I want to know what the average rate is for sparing 3 rounds. I have been parring for free for some really established fighters and have yet to see any money. I can't keep taking a punch for free. I am here in Los Angeles, Ca if that helps. Thanks

It really depends on who you are, Joe Calzaghe actually doesn't spar at all for his fights and focuses solely on conditioning and staying sharp for the whole fight.
Do you have any videos of you fighting?
depens really on what type of boxer you are..................if your defensive than perfecting the art is important

doesnt it seem odd that a 5-0 pro is asking such a fundamental question? :confused: seems to me that if you're truly any good then your trainer should be finding YOU guys to spar with.. ie, to develop YOU. Not the other way around.
