Why is it so hard to believe...Hopkins is a true student of the game and knows a true champion...Joe may have had some jerks handling his career and talking garbage all the time but Joe himself was nothing more then a true professinal and to my knowledge a gentleman.....He was a good champion and gave what ever he had in the ring...
Nothing about him not too respect...
His Father and Warren on the other hand:nono:....
But that is a different thread all together
Hopkins never showed respect to Calzaghe before or after the fight so didnt think he would know maybe he is getting soft in his old age;D

Hopkins respects Jones. The reason he has never shown Calzaghe respect is because he thought he had won the fight whereas the Jones fight he knew he lost.Quote:
