Now i want to say that Lou DiBella is contemplate the possibility to sign the rematch between Berto vs Collazo in where can be in the end of May.................

Also Berto sound as a hard candidate for be a rival to Miguel Cotto in June 13 in NY if win against Michael Jennings this Saturday..........
So the results of the fight of Berto vs Collazo had awake the interest of HBO for then to lift the image of Berto before to face a boxer with the level as is Cotto................
In the fight of Berto vs Collazo , Berto got an a closed Decision at his favor over Collazo with scorecards 116-110 , 114-113 and 114-113.....
IMO i think Collazo will win Berto more clearly if this rematch comes and if Berto win , probably is too soon yet for face against Cotto...........

I thought Collazo won the fight by 1 round. I think this time he will get desicion to push a trilogy on us.

IMO Berto won the first fight just, but I think he also learned a lot in the fight and I think he beats Collazo more convincingly in a rematch. Then maybe a fight against Quintana before fighting the #1 in the division whether its Cotto or Mosley.

Ditto, ditto. I think Berto has improved greatly when facing superior opposition and he will do the same in a rematch with Collazo. And the only way he should fight Cotto is if it is obvious Cotto has lost a step when he faces off with Jennings. Plan for Cotto next year and take 2 lesser fights this year. Maybe fight Mosley at the end of this year.

Exactly, Collazo impressed me a lot but I think he gave everything he could give while Berto can improve his game especially if doesn’t try anymore to take out Collazo with every punch he throws and use more adequate his biggest advantage: the hands speed.

I felt Collazo won the fight but after rewatching it a couple times, although I still see him winning the first fight I think Berto takes the rematch, possibly by late TKO
