Some friends of mine just got back from LA 2 days ago. They took a lot of pictures when they were there and I was just checking them out. They didn't even know who this was, and neither did I until I saw this post. 2 girls from Ontario Canada who have never been there before. What are the odds. Here are the pics they took. R.I.P.

RIP Very sad news. He was a major force in the MMA world.

RIP I saw a show about him and the tapout guys, they very unique peeps they'd be fun to hang out with.

RIP That's a shame. Seemed like a guy who genuinely wanted to help fighters.

That is horrible.

All the Tapout guys were goofballs on their show.

But Mask, the owner, sure seemed like a super nice guy who cared about fighters and everyone he met.

The guy was a party animal and had a zest for life.

This is really sad news.

Sure I think that MMA and especially TapouT cater to the lowest of the low....but that is pretty sad, nobody should go out that way. That car was split in half and the halves of the car were a good 20-40 yards apart....the chick riding in the car with him got thrown out but is still alive last I heard.

I hate MMA with all my heart but people dying is usually a pretty bad thing

Brilliant marketing. They were always thinking outside the box and took advantage of a growing trend. RIP

Well, it's not like he wasn't at least partly responsible for what happened. Whatever estate he has will probably rightly come under fire from that poor girl or her parents.
