I think Forrest is the pick here. Shows up in shape with a good technical game plan and should take a UD. Any lack of focus or veering from his strategy and it could be the Jardine fight all over again. Silva to me just isn't technically sound enough to put Forrest away when he fights smart.
I'll go with a Forrest UD
Forrest griffen is my bet as well against Thiago. He did very well against Evens, albeit he lost. I was extremely pumped after the first and second rounds of the fight with Forrest being a champ. I have to go with Forrest and add that Jardine would most likely be beaten by Forrest now. He has evolved! Haha. I try to be as fair-minded as possible, however, Forrests ability to play it smart -as you say VanChilds- will give him advangtage on this fight.
